The House passed H.R.266, the Paycheck Protection Program and Health Care Enhancement Act, appropriating $484 billion to alleviate the economic fallout from the coronavirus pandemic. The package includes $310 billion to the Paycheck Protection Program, which will provide loans to small businesses. It also funds billions in disaster relief loans and grants, provides aid hospitals, and boosts coronavirus testing.
