- $310 billion to the Paycheck Protection Program - which will provide loans to small businesses
- $60 billion in disaster relief loans and grants
- $75 billion for hospitals
- $25 billion to boost coronavirus testing
- $10 billion for grants under the Emergency Economic Injury Disaster Loan program
