Muzna Ansari is a social justice advocate and policy expert with over a decade of diverse experience in the non- profit, public, and philanthropic sectors. Most recently, she served as the Deputy Chief of Staff for the New York Immigration Coalition, where she led cross-departmental strategy and ensured cohesion on key organizational projects. This included the organization's successful statewide campaign to expand drivers licenses to undocumented immigrants. She previously worked on immigration and civil rights for the New York City Council and on voting rights for the Open Society Foundations. Muzna holds a MPA in Policy from NYU's Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service and a BA in Economics and Human Rights from Barnard College. She recently moved to the Washington DC metro area, after being a lifelong New Yorker. |
