WE HELP BUILD CHANGE AGENTS
Congressional Advocacy 101
Our most requested training is the perfect for those beginning their advocacy journey. During a 2-3 hour in person session or 1.5 hour virtual training, Poligon provides a general overview of Congress, the advocacy process, and how to participate in office visits, town hall meetings, and phone calls with Congress Members and/or their staff. Participants practice the skills they learned through live simulations and receive immediate feedback on their performance. Surveys show that 100% of participants increased their knowledge of Congressional advocacy and a majority felt more confident and equipped to engage their Representatives.
